We offer a comprehensive service including marketing the property via specialist internet property sites Zoopla and Lettingweb (click here for available properties), conducting accompanied viewings, taking up tenant references, collecting tenant deposits and signing leases. Once the property is let we collect rents on behalf of the landlord, settle any bills for repairs and maintenance and account to the landlord on a monthly basis. We provide a clear and easy to understand statement with every rental remittance. All receipts are retained and provided to clients upon request, usually annually for tax calculations etc.
Landlord Registration

Registration will ensure that all private landlords in Scotland are 'fit and proper' to be letting residential property and this measure will protect tenants and their neighbours from the impact of antisocial behaviour and mismanaged property. All private landlords letting residential property in Scotland must register. In addition, if you are just entering the market, you should register before starting to let your property.
Finlayson Gore can handle the full application procedure on your behalf whether you are an individual or a corporation. We will supply you with a questionnaire and once you have returned it to us we will process the application for you.
